Snehbandh Terms

1.1 To create an account, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and create a secure password.

1.2 Phone verification via OTP is mandatory for all new accounts to prevent fake profiles.

1.3 You may optionally submit ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) for a "Verified" badge which increases profile trust.

1.4 Snehbandh reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

1.5 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

2.1 Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person is strictly forbidden.

2.2 Sharing pornographic, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable content will result in immediate termination.

2.3 Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other members is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

2.4 Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from Snehbandh is a violation of these terms.

2.5 Harassing, stalking, threatening, or defaming other members in any form is not tolerated.

3.1 Premium membership plans are available for 3, 6, and 12-month durations. Prices are displayed on the membership page.

3.2 Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full credit/debit card details.

3.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if technical issues from our side prevent access for more than 48 continuous hours. Change of mind is not eligible for refund.

3.4 Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can disable auto-renewal from account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3.5 All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4.2 By using Snehbandh, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.3 We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information at your own risk.

4.4 We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improving our matchmaking algorithms.

5.1 Snehbandh is a platform for introduction and matchmaking. We do not conduct background checks on all members unless explicitly stated.

5.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of member profiles. Verify independently before making decisions.

5.3 Snehbandh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

5.4 In case of disputes between members, Snehbandh may mediate but is not obligated to resolve conflicts.

5.5 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the membership fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

6.1 Snehbandh may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.

6.2 You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as per our data retention policy.

6.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

6.4 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6.5 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
