Pro-rated Refunds
After 7 days, get refund for unused months on annual plans.
Technical Issues
Full refund if platform downtime exceeds 48 continuous hours.
Duplicate Payment
Instant refund for accidental duplicate or overpayments.
When You Qualify for a Refund
Within 7 Days of Purchase
Full refund available within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, regardless of usage.
Platform Downtime
If Snehbandh is inaccessible for 48+ continuous hours due to technical issues on our end.
Duplicate/Overpayment
Accidental multiple payments or amount exceeding plan price — processed within 24 hours.
Pro-rated Annual Plans
After 7 days, refund for remaining full months unused on 12-month memberships (minus ₹999 processing fee).
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Change of Mind (After 7 Days)
Refunds not provided for change of mind after the 7-day cooling-off period expires.
No refunds for partially used months. Pro-rated refunds apply to complete remaining months only.
Account Termination for Violation
No refund if account is terminated due to violation of Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
Promotional/Discounted Plans
Special offer plans marked "non-refundable" at time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
